Hi Kelly. The bathrooms look great. They are such an improvement from what we had. Upon my inspection I found that they are beautiful, functional, and much more than I originally planned for. (I thought we would have only plain white tile (due to cost) but instead had beautiful colored tile, the sinks and how they are mounted/suspended look great with a wonderful complimentary wood trim. The showers & how they're tilted inward and not on a slope or "built up" looks great too. This will be so much more practical. The floor drains in the center of the rooms are well done also. I am so pleased!! Unfortunately the only thing I found that needs to be corrected is in the rear bathroom (the one inside the bedroom) the outlet in not the approved one. We will need a GFI outlet because we are inspected periodically by ACDS and they will cite us for that. If there is a reason why this is not done and it is legitimate then put it on paper for me to submit. Other that that, as I stated earlier, they look wonderful!! A good job. Almost entirely worth the wait!!(inside joke--Dave will understand) I'll work on the check being cut ASAP; probably early next week.

Dear Mr. Young,
When a plumbing crisis occurs, the first thought is " Who do I call". I had seen your advertisement on cable TV and took a chance that I had made the right decision. I certainly made the right decision in choosing Linthicum Plumbing.

I can not say enough about Ed Addis, who came out and did the work this past Saturday.

He was so courteous and kept me informed through out the day as to what they found and what they were going to do to fix the problem. My main water line broke, requiring a backhoe and all new copper pipes. Ed took special care to make sure the phone lines and gas lines would remain in tact while the digging was going on. I also want to mention that the gentlemen who operated the backhoe and assisted Ed did a fantastic job. They are truly an asset to your company. I will certainly recommend your company to anyone I know. Thank you again for a great job.
